All you need to do is reference their badge name, where they were, and what date.

Such events are sometimes even recorded in the CM's permanent performance file, for future reference.

It was harder than I thought and i probably sounded like a nerd, but at least the recognition is there. I was told twice today that they appreciate me coming to do that because they like to hear em of course, and there are more complaints from angry guests than praises.

Thank you for going the extra mile to recognize a CM as you mentioned it is all to seldom. We all know that a person with a issue will share it with far more people than those with praise.

So I would like to recognize you as a person that goes above and beyond. A "Notice a LPer" if you will.;)

This particular CM at the resort I was staying at went above and beyond. It was great talking with a CM who seemed like its their pleasure talking to you. Its just so annoying talking to a CM who acts annoyed when you ask them something. The services just stood out to me and I think that it deserved recognition.

I hope this will just spread the news to other people: if you encounter a CM who is exceptional, tell Disney about it! They'll be glad to hear it, and you'll feel good that you did!

I hope I dont embarass him too much! Im going back to that hotel in 11 days! hehe!

The service was all around wonderful, no matter where we went in the resort! Cant wait to go back and enjoy the pool (i didnt get to last time, I opted for a nap instead lol)
