I can admit sometimes the story falls a little flat, but those visuals and the quirkiness keep me interested. I liked Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Big Fish, etc.

    I try now not to buy into hype on movies, I find I get a lot more out of it then.

    I can see Alice going either way.

    I didn't like Planet of the Apes and Mars Attacks left me cold, though some scenes are quite funny. I remember an interview with him around the time that Mars Attacks was released that now that he destroyed Las Vegas, what might he want to destroy next in a film. His answer - DISNEY WORLD!!! I thought that was hilarious!!!

    He looks like an even more demented Madonna. I think it's the gap in his front teeth.
