So adding a fifth park wouldn't net more profit, but merely a cannibalization of attendance at the other four.

Besides there are some people in Mi, who think nothing of going to fl. but others who wouldn't drive more then 500mi. Also you have a lot of people here who have loss jobs (albeit more high paying then Disney), whereas Fl. currently has a deficit in that regard.
