I'm not sure how careful the chefs are at WDW, especially at the fast food and counter places. My wife and kids are only gluten intolerant, so they only get headaches and stomach aches if they eat too much gluten, and don't become violently ill if they have just a little.

We tended to avoid the burger places, or just ate french fries at them. At Epcot we ate chinese at the Land food court, although I'm not sure if the soy sauce there has gluten - most do, but not all. At MK we ate at the Tomorrowland place, and my wife and daughter had salads. I think we just let my boy eat chicken nuggets.

I'm pretty sure none of the places we asked had gluten free buns, like they do in Disneyland.

Then a little over a year ago, her headaches and stomach problems got worse, so she consulted our family doctor. He suspected irritated bowel syndrome, but gave her a sprue test as well, which came out high.

She went on a gluten-free diet, and felt much better, so we had the kids tested, and their sprue counts were high also. But her stomach biopsy came back negative.

My kids don't have ADHD or autism, and I've never heard of the two being linked.
