You can always get another pet, but it's not the same. They are unique little gifts that are with us for a (too) brief period.

We just spent over 2 hours @ the airport to visit with my FL daughter and a friend who had a lay over on their way to Vagas. My local daughter and I drove over and my son and husband met us there. We ate with them and visited it was wonderful. It's great to have people in your life you can share things with. I feel doubly blessed to have my LP family as well as those I share blood with.
