That's when we both thought, "Standing around in costume... doesn't know where the nearest bathroom is... I don't think she's a Disney employee." If I had to guess, given the time frame, she was working some sort of undercover security detail. Just a guess.

Some other out of the way ones that always surprise people are the ones next to the Hyperion in DCA (on the left side with all the random props), behind the Lego store in DTD (under the Monorail beam), and in the Princess Fantasy Fair in DL (Where you can still see the glass block walls from when it was Videopolis).
