Anybody have any reviews or good/bad ideas regarding etiher of my two choices?

The only problem was in the suite. One night around 2 am, the family woke up to the smell of sewage. The sink in the main room backed up and spilled into the room. Housekeeping came to help clean up, but all of the items on the counter were ruined. The person at the night desk was not sympathetic, but the day manager the next morning was much better, and replaced toothbrushes, etc. as well as giving a credit to the room.

So a bad story that was dealt with well, once the day shift started. I would stay there again if the room rate was right (but it hasn't been lately).
