Jane Jetson - Either Jane Curtain ( perhaps too old now, I guess) or Catherine O'Hara (also possibly too old now)
Judy Jetson - Can't remember who we picked then.
Elroy Jetson - Jonathan Taylor Thomas (remember, this was 11 years ago!)
Mr. Spacely - Danny DeVito
Henry Orbit - John Ratzenberger
Cogswell Cogs - Jeffery Tambor

Oh, well. Most of what we agreed to then might still work today.
The only changes I would make to our original list:

Jane Jetson - Julia Louis Dreyfus
Judy Jetson - Hillary Duff
Elroy Jetson - cast a talented unknown 7 year old

Not really. George was essentially the straight man; Ferrell always seems to be the goofy one, even when ostensibly playing the straight man (like in Bewitched).

George should be someone who can basically be straight man but who can turn comic when necessary... actually Steve Carrell wouldn't be a bad choice. Not physically reminiscent, but he's the kind of guy that, even when he's playing it straight, you always feel there's a laugh in there always threatening to break out.
