On busy days, Main Street may open anywhere from 30-60 minutes before the official opening time. They then do a rope drop at the end of Main Street at the posted opening time. You can check this for the dates of your visit. >>2. You can take the monorail to the Downtown Disney station, however. Hotel guests were given priority at closing time within the last few years; I do not know if this is still true. Please note that the walk through Downtown Disney is not that long, and is actually quite pleasant. (Unless you're in a hurry.) >>3. Is there a basic list of all the rides that currently use Fast Pass?<< Yes. It is posted on the official site, and is printed in the guide maps. Have a great trip!

Where exactly do you rent the strollers? I'm looking at a park map I have from 2005 and it shows the stroller icon at the ticket booths. Is that where they are, or are they somewhere after you go through the entrance?

I guess our only option now if our child is asleep is to carry her from the exit back to the hotel room or take the stroller back to the hotel room, put her in bed and run the stroller back to the park really quick (of course it would have to be before closing time). Unless they have lockers big enough to fit our small stroller, then we could take her out of the rented stroller and put her in our small stroller. Anyone know how big the Disneyland lockers are?

Would your family with the larger vehicle maybe be able to borrow a stroller from a friend for you. Or you could have them check a second hand store. You know the cost to rent a stroller is $12 a day. If you are going to be there 3 or more days, I would just stop at walmart on the way there and buy one. You can always donate it or give it away. Walmart has an evenflo listed on line for $37

Does anyone know if this is true? If so, how does it work?

If you have paid for the day, you do not have to pay again but once you leave it, on a busy day-don't count on it being there when you return.

Escpecially when you are tired at the end of the day~ There is a wllmart not too far from the resort in Anaheim (that is where my sister bought her stroller). You could then find a family at the parks to offer it to, or perhaps call a local shelter and donate to them. In the long run you will save money if you are there multiple days. ($12 a day starts adding up)
