There are also two Titanic museums, which are run by a different company, I believe, in Pigeon Forge, TN and Branson, MO. We visited the Pigeon Forge location last July, and it was something I will always remember. You were also issued a boarding pass when you entered, and at the end of the self guided tour, you could see if "your" passagner name was on the list of survivors. The building itself is impressive from the outside. As you drive the Parkway, it appears that the front of the ship is right beside the road and is ready to sail across! The have built what appears to be the front of the Titanic coming out of the side of the White Star Lines office, and they even have the front of the fake ship in water, with "icebergs" attached to the ship's front end. I think the part that touched me the most, was a simulation of being at a set of steps that would have led to the deck of the ship. The entry had been blocked by a locked gate, and water was rushing down the steps. It gave you the feeling that you were trapped below, with the water coming down. I cannot imagine what those people went through. It was well done, I believe. And, I do hope to visit the Florida location in the near future
