We had a dinner reservation at Goofy's at 5pm so we headed to DTD. When we got to Goofy's my boyfriend was there to meet us. We had to wait for Goofy to get our picture with him and my grandson had spotted him and was having another melt down about having to wait. As soon as Goofy came over he stopped. Other than a few melt downs my grandson did very well. It was so much fun taking him. Cinderella, the Fairy Godmother, Geppto, Pluto and the fox from Pinochio. My boyfriend and I had our picture taken with Cinderella. That was neat as a newly engaged couple! My daughter gave my grandson some gummy worms in chocolate for desert. He picked up a long gummy worm and said, "eeww!'It was so funny. We told him he could eat it and he said, "No eeww!' He did try it and liked it. They brought a cupcake with a candle in it for my grandson, we were celebrating his 2nd b-day a little early. That was cute. We went back to the hotel after that. We had a really fun day! Day 5 We had tried to make it to Toon Town for the early entry but our shuttle bus was late and when we got there it was over. Oh well, we still went to Toon Town. We did Mickey's, house Goofy's house and Donald's boat. My grandson loved them all and the slide at Goofy's house. We went on Rodger Rabbit. The line was only 10 min. We shopped for a while then had lunch at the Pizza Port. I thought $27 for 2 pieces of pizza, cookie and a salad was a bit steep. We went back to CA park. My son wanted to go on the water rapid ride but as soaked as you get on that ride I was worried about his ears. He was not allowed to swim while we were still doing ear drops and was not supposed to get them wet. Plus the line was 120 min and the baby couldn't go on it. So my son wanted to do the Silly Swings. The line was only 10 min for that. They were fun. We went on Mickey's fun wheel. that was a 30 min wait. We saw where they are building Cars land when we were on it. We went back to DL for the Soundsational Parade. We got there an hour early to get a seat. We sat down and then a friend of mine I hadn't seen in years sat down next to us! What are the odds? It was so good to see her! She used to work with me but she got a better job 4 years ago. One of the cast members working before the parade started played with my grandson while we waited. She was great! She was rolling his Mater car to him and gave him her orange stick to play with. Then 2 little boys started shooting her with their guns. She was great with them too! It was nice to see the old disney charm again. The 4 man band stopped right in front of us and played. My grandson was mesmerized. We couldn't find any boy costumes but girl costumes were everywhere. Every time I asked if there were boy costumes the cast members called other stores and were very helpful. We went back to the hotel for the cheap dinner. Then my boyfriend and I went to dtd. We ended up going to the DL hotel bar. It was so nice to be there with my Boyfriend! We did some shopping. I loved all the live music. I got a Buzzlightyear doll for my grandson's b-day. This was our last day but we had a wonderful time!
