Usually dressed a little nicer or at least neater than the average guest, usually no camera or bags hanging around the neck, not in any grand hurry to get to the next attraction, and they move like they belong. And once they up and answer a question, they're set up for others to ask. The drop-dead identifier is if you are observed picking up a piece of trash. CM's do that. Others don't.

In fact, there were guests in Uptown Jewelers doing the trivia challenge and I knew more of the answers than the CMs that were working there.
