I read through some of these posts and cringe at a few of the disagreements, (I love 'em though.) My favorites are the topics discussing the Pixie Dust that has affected people.
I too, love the smells, music, and all the other finishing touches, but I have always, and I mean ALWAYS, been fascinated by WDW's trash cans ever since I wrote a report in fifth grade about how they were themed to their respective lands. I had a slew of pics from back in the seventies, but have since lost them. :(
Being a man of detail, I shifted my love of refuse containers into another slightly misunderstood category: public restrooms. Luckily I keep this interest to the property of WDW.
I have some nostalgic connection to the ones in the pass through from Frontierland to Adventureland.
I also like the ones in the lobby of the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Does anyone here have any favorite restrooms? Or do I need to seek counseling?

I guess the interest is more in the changes than anything. THe automatic sinks were a new thing in the early '90s, ish.
More recent are the hand dryers that sound like they were made by GE's jet engine division. Noticed them first next to Pinocchios restaurant. THose things could propel a little kid across the floor.

Oh, and posting messages here on LP is the best counseling.

I'm sure you're correct. I'm not big on acronyms without explanations, but I usually can come up with what's intended.

Yeah, but it'd be nicer if they fixed the lid on the one that was torn when I was there in January and still torn in July.

There you go folks, photographic evidence of the decline and fall of standards at Disney! :(

That's something you would NEVER see at Tokyo Disney Resort.

Speaking of that, I really like the themed trashcans they use at TDL for Halloween. Pretty cool.
