    Dancing with the Stars
    WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 21, 2007 08:50 AM EST

By Monica Rizzo and Brian Orloff

Heather Mills, Billy Ray Cyrus and former 'N Sync star Joey Fatone are among the celebrities who will compete on the fourth season of Dancing with the Stars, season-three contestant Jerry Springer announced on Wednesday's Good Morning America.

And PEOPLE got the behind-the-scenes scoop from executive producer Conrad Greene on the contestants vying for Dancing glory when the show kicks off with a two-hour season premiere on March 19:

    • Heather Mills: "We thought it would be interesting to have someone with a disability on because we wanted to prove that dancing is something anyone can do," Greene tells PEOPLE about Paul McCartney's estranged wife, 39, who was one of the most buzzed-about rumored cast members. "She really wants to prove to people that a disability doesn't hamper you in any way."

    • Billy Ray Cyrus: The 45-year-old country singer, who stars with his daughter Miley Cyrus on the Disney Channel's hit show Hanna Montana, was "terrified" about joining Dancing. "He said, 'You don't understand. I can hardly do the achy-breaky dance, let alone a whole routine.' (But) I think he's going to really apply himself," says Greene.

    • Leeza Gibbons: "I think for her turning 50, she wants to be opening new chapters – not closing them," Greene says of the 49-year-old former Entertainment Tonight and Extra anchorwoman, who now hosts her own syndicated radio show. "I think there will be a lot of women around the country who will really associate with her and what she's doing."

His name bugged the heck out of me during the Olympics since it's "spelled wrong" (Apollo needs TWO "l"s!), now I have to put up with it in the media again, grrrrr...

Let's hope that's the first and last achy-breaky joke you have to hear.

To my uneducated eyes, of the contestents I saw, my money is on Apolo Anton Ohno to make it to the finals. He got a good fan base, and his discipline and athleticism should help him quite a bit.

That's a bit disingenious on Billy Ray Cyrus' part.

He was a stripper before he was a country singer.

Did he have a drawl on "Hannah Montana"?

And re "authentic 'country star'" (NOT) I know for SURE that Travis Tritt would agree with you! lol.

My uneducated comments/observations about the show:

Ian & Cheryl: Really good. Cheryl looks great! Did she tint her eyebrows? I think they're gonna do very well. Ian is gonna work his fanny off you can tell.

Billy Ray & Karina: I haven't seen him lately so I didn't realize he had morphed into Keith Urban.

I can't believe that that one judge told him that he looked like a crazy bear lost in a swamp!!! OUCH!

and is it just me but does Karina look like a brunette version of Mirna (or is it Shmirna?) on Amazing Race: All Stars? lol.

Leeza & Tony: She just has zero sensuality/sexuality to me (which is realllly emphasized by her partner who is a latin hottie! lol. tho' not my type.) and she just seemed so stiff to me; but, she just seems so nice! I hope she does well. She just had *the* best attitude when they got their scores!

Joey & Kym: Oh! Fun!GO JOEYYYYY!!!! This was totally fun and hot, imho. What a pro too. His mic pack came FLYING off and he just ripped it off and kept on dancing and didn't miss a beat! Bravo!

Laila & Maksim: Wow! I had no idea she had such a pretty face! I LOVE her attitude. LOL. She's a hoot! And a really good dancer too.

And what a beautiful dress (they all have been I think). that dress didn't do her tummy any favors though. :(

John & Edyta: I *love* John Ratzenberger! I would love, love, love just to hang out with this guy! Look at him out there! Just having a blast. GREAT song choice too - one of my all time favorites. Man, this is a fun show! Did you see how he looked at the camera? How smmmmoooth is he. LOL.
And Edyta is hot! (of course, lol, all the dancers have FANTASTIC bodies - TRUE works of art, imho.)
LOL @ John for referring to himself as the oldest buffalo in the herd. LOL!

AND HERE IS WHERE THEY PLAYED THE WORLD PREMIERE OF POTC 3 !!! YAY !!!

Shandi & Brian: She is a total cutie. I mean of course she is, she's Miss USA but what an adorable personality.
Best dress of the night maybe? Pretty smooth in parts and they seem to have their chemistry worked out pretty well already. Need lots of work in other areas though.

Clyde the Glide & Elena: Well, I like Clyde so I'm biased. lol. He is such a sweetie.I mean he's HUGELY tall and yet he is so humble and kind and classy and fun. *sigh* lol. I don't like that they put him in orange and black - too halloweeny. And I hope he gets more comfortable on the dance floor because I think he could do pretty well.

Heather & Jonathan: Heather. Ugh. I, um..., ugh. I'm pretty nervous for her right now though even though I'm not a fan of hers. and I don't like her dress that much either. lol. ... She's doing pretty okay. ... Okay, she did good. Good for her!

Apolo (sic.! grrr. lol) & Julianne: She is EIGHTEEN! Whoa!

Doggone if I didn't miss the end of this show. :( I saw their intro but missed their dance. Were they good?
