I was watching the tea party float (because the jumping cards are the best part of the parade) and when it started raining, the flowers on stilts disappeared, as did the giraffe and zebra stiltwalkers for lion king. The float handler in front of me motioned for the cards to come down, but the cards were a bit rebellious and continued to bounce. All in all, I thought the confusion was more interesting to watch, but I was just wondering, dont they rehearse for rain?
