It would probably just cost the difference between a normal ticket and a Park Hopper (about $25). I don't really know, since there may be complications with getting the tickets as a group, but I would assume it wouldn't be a problem. The best place to go to get it done would probably be the ticket booths in the entry plaza, but I wouldn't be surprised if they could do it at the AP Processing Center in the Bank of Main Street, or at City Hall.
