    Considering how Lucas was keen to sell his soul when it came to his Star Wars characters (hence commercials involving the likes of Yoda everywhere) I've no problem with this particular one. I'm sure it will be fun - Phineas & Ferb's irreverent sense of humor will no doubt poke fun at the Star Wars legacy.
