It looks like a lot of the pavemtent work is pretty much done, but they may still need that work space.

If you look where the soil compactor is locted at, a sign should go just to the left of it (small concrete area in the middle of the Planter area). Approaching the sign from the left (Innoventions) the sign will direct folks to stay to the right and use that path to walk towards the new Loading Ramp (which is split in half with a set of railings), when you get to the top of the ramp, you will walk thru a turnstile to be counted for loading and placed in the pre-board area. When exiting the Monorail, you will stay to the right, which will put you on the other half of the ramp, which will lead to the path just in front of the Palm Trees. It also looks like the exit path will be used for folks exiting the Alternative Viewing building for the Subs, and maybe even some regular Sub passengers leaving the attraction. The path behind the Palm Trees will be the main entrance to the Sub Lagoon (basically just below the new sign).

I realize this is the best DL could do with the land they have to work with. And the area as a whole will look a 1000 times better now than it ever has. It's just a little scary to think about walking through there in mid-summer.

But, maybe that's the new trend for TL. I mean was there any worse configuration than plopping the 'Rocket Jets' right at the entrance of TL with about 10 feet of space on each side for traffic? I never understood that configuration.
