We have gone both years and can't wait to get our tickets for this year!!! If you time is right you can even get a picture on the TOT with just your group on it. Ours is great. You should know most of the picture opportunities with the characters have longer than normal wait times and it might be worth quickly going through the park and getting the pictures with the popular characters as soon as you can (princesses, mickey, etc) and then going back for the trick or treating. The apples were a big hit last year that will hopefully continue on. Not all the rides were open but most were - Screamin did not offer pictures the night we were there only TOT. Lots of groups go themed which looks great together - others like us all picked what we wanted - but were all Disney themed. Maybe we'll see you there...

Since the event only lasts a few hours, my recommendation is that if you can, eat beforehand rather than waste any time eating during the event itself. If you find that you still have time towards the middle or end of the evening, you can always stop and have a snack. I might have put down a list of the open food locations in the reviews as well. > I have a 14 yr old son, can he trick or treat also Definitely. Heck, the first year, it was just the husband and me, and we're well over 14 and we had such a great time trick or treating. That's what I love about this event. It lets you be a kid if you're not supposed to be one chronologically anymore. > Since you went twice last year, did you notice bigger crowds on your second visit? I'm not sure that I noticed bigger crowds overall, but I ran into more crowds on the second visit. The first time we went last year, we were maybe the 15th or 20th people in line at the gates when they opened, so we were one of the first ones in the park, so everything was pretty open. On the second visit, I went with a friend, and we had dinner in a restaurant at Downtown Disney, and our dinner ran a little late, so we didn't make it into the event until it had already been open for about 45 minutes, I think, so we ran into longer lines then. Have a great time! /cs

Last year once the AP lower price offer ended the tickets were then available to everyone. I don't know if you can get the tickets now with your Disney Visa - but I was offered the choice of using my Rewards Points to buy the tickets.

Prior to today, here's how that last part read: Advance purchase savings available with valid Annual Passport until one day prior to event date and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Even though October 25 is not listed as an event date, someone on another board has posted that they were able to buy tickets for that day. /cs
