    I firmly believe you have to keep moving. My mother said that if you sit down, you'll die. (She was very sick at the end, but managed to eat out for dinner the day before she died, lol.)

    Let us all know how the yoga works out, Lulu. I have to see if anyone teaches adaptive yoga here. Jackson can watch me; after all, I watch when he gets acupuncture.
