Going with a group of 11 so if we huddle together we'll stay warm. Wish me well!

Not sure if you'll be around for that or not (or exactly how much of it will be open) Looks like I'll probably be in DL on the 26th with my brother and his wife. We're pretty much bracing for the worst, as far as crowds are concerned...

The POTC queue had switchbacks in the front, an out-and-back up on the bridge, and went all the way to the Haunted Mansion and back (possibly twice?). Combined with the HM queue that used its entire regular queue and the entire fountain park in front of the train station, and that area was pretty miserable to try and pass through Some of the smaller attractions had shorter waits (even Big Thunder stayed around 30-45min), but a lot of them had insane queues, which matched the insane crowds everywhere We were smart about it and didn't end up waiting more than about 30 minutes for anything. I really think our longest wait may have been for lunch at Jolly Holiday around 1:30 (which should be after the rush)
