As best as I can think, Caribbean Beach is the only WDW hotel of any level that doesn't have an inside bar (Old Key West's is sort of outside but not completely outside like a pool bar) Doobie.

The Captain's Table, which I never did dine at, was shoehorned into the food court maybe 4 years or so after opening once Port Orleans and Dixie Landings came onboard with full serve dining. That location was subsequently removed in the major renovation early this decade and Shutter's, which is quite good, replaced it albeit at the opposite end of the building. There never was a real bar inside.

We've tried to eat there but each time they don't have an opening til after 8:30. We never seem to remember to add that to ADRs.
