There's a joke that's frequently used on DL's Jungle Cruise (I haven't heard it in WDW yet) while waiting to return to the dock, about the Cannibal Café: always looking for new and exciting ways to serve *you*. They could have baby back ribs, open face sandwiches, and lady fingers for dessert. Just don't show up late or you'll get the cold shoulder. I think it would be a lot of fun if they used those ideas for menu inspiration, and it could lend itself to a style of food that's not already represented in the park But in general, I'm really excited that this location is finally being reopened to guests. The original Adventureland Veranda closed in the early 90's, and has made the entrance to AL really awkward and unwelcoming, since there's nothing on the left side (maybe a small merchandise cart?) other than landscaping, and the right side is the long and elaborate façade of the shuttered restaurant. Hopefully this brings some new life into that area

It's sort of like the Illuminati of backstories, and links seemingly-unrelated stories together Part of what's been really cool about it is how little is actually "known" about SEA, yet there are plenty of references hiding in plain sight. It seems like Disney has really been pushing the SEA storyline (possibly too much) in recent years, tying it into MK's Big Thunder, the new Hangar Bar at WDW's Downtown Disney (soon to be Disney Springs), and now in the Skipper's Cantina (where it actually seems like a fairly logical fit). I really like how there's just enough information about SEA to form a really fascinating conspiracy theory-style backstory. I just hope that tossing SEA references all over the place doesn't take away from the mystique and allure of the elusive group We had some discussion about it when they announced earlier this week that the Hangar Bar would tie into the story http://mb.laughingplace.com/Ms...P-12.asp

I just found out about SEA recently, and I just find it still amazing.
