So the Epcot Flower Festival (2006) is coming soon. They're doing tons of advance work to be ready for the April 21 opening.

Nope, these are pictures from 2006. The main topiary goes in out front of SSE on the morning of April 21.

Well, if there are flowers and sunshine, of course there are bees. I have seen some buzzing out and about when visiting the flower beds. But mostly fat and lazy, interested in eats. I've not seen any aggressive ones.

I have never noticed an increase.

But watch out for the wasps on the patio of the Rose and Crown.

For some reason (cough ... money ... cough ... not enough staffing ... cough) I have noticed wasps nesting on the patios my last two visits, including last week.

Not cool.

Well...you have to include the birds in that equation as well... The flowers are just a nice touch before the business at hand
