Anyway, Uni Florida SHOULD be charging more - if you have one of THE BEST theme parks in the WORLD(IOA), with the INCREDIBLE addition they received, I would EXPECT to have to pay more!

It's the eggregious lack of anything new of note for DECADES that makes WDW's MK seem worth LESS, while they jack their prices increasingly skyward!

And besides, as I have said elsewhere, who the hell buys one day passes anyway?!?

I find that statement perfectly acceptable. All four parks charge the same admission, so his choice was to name all four or just say WDW. In the interest of brevity, I prefer WDW.

Speaking of Uni. I have two 1 day 2 park tickets purchased in 2007. Like Disney...would they still be honored?

And rightly so........for Uinversal has a COVERED structure and pedestrian conveyors whereas Disney sends their guests to park out in the brutal Florida sun in 'Bumfuqu' Egypt only to wait for trams.

Why not? I would be willing to bet that Universal IOA is still the "day trip" that WDW resort guests kids will make them take as opposed to families staying at Universal and making a day trip to Disney.

And the observation that no out-of-town visitor buys a single 1-day/1-park ticket to a Disney park is probably correct.

Not so. I know a couple of non-Disney-fan friends who as recently as their last vacation referred to the MK as "Walt Disney World". It's more common than you'd think.

    Disney?

    Disney World?

    The Disney Studios in Burbank?

    Disneyland?

The Disney's who live down the street?

To me it just sounds really lame.
