For just one ride? That's silly. Book at trip to TDR and get a whole resort that delivers tons of goods unique to Japan. Orlando, and it's cheap deals for cheap travelers can wait.

Because really, if that truely is the case, the queue is much too short (as i tend to believe many Disney queues are these days).

Personally, I thought TDL was just "ok" with TDS being pretty spectacular, but WDW offers soooo much more for the buck. It really does.

To each his own... remember that.

Do you really think wanderingalice is going to go all the way to WDW just for one single attraction? What if I said "JTCTE is the one attraction that would make me book a trip to TDS?" You'd probably flip out because there are clearly more things to see and do there.

You recommended going to TDL for a real Disney experience. Isn't that a little insulting to the original and best Disney experience, Disneyland? Besides, Disneyland has good ol' American food in it too!

Also, do you feel the same way when you see the Haunted Mansion sitting at the end of Fantasyland? Or how about walking down a Main Street with a roof on it? Does that send a chill down your spine, much like when you walk through the MiraCosta? =)

Isn't it a little insulting to say that one park, without a doubt, is the "best"? Last time I checked that was a matter of opinion. I would agree with you, but others may think that a different place is the best.

It is a great park, I love it..I grew up on it.....but enough already with the Golden Globe type hype for best this and that........

There are many fans on the left coast...I'm just surprised one admits it.
