"Polar Express" especially gave me near motion sickness (akin to that caused by "Blair Witch Project's" shaky camera work).

You don't have to hold your head at exactly the right angle, and there's no chance of the theater getting the two sides out of alignment. Won't help your motion sickness, though, and my hunch is that it won't help your headache much either. Spy Kids 3D went the cheap route, using red-blue. It gives me a headache just thinking about it.

The first time I watched HISTA I was so sick I had to leave half way through the show, however I've had no noticable side effects on either Muppet Vision or PhilharMagic. I wore the 3D glasses for parts of It's Tough... and was ok. I've never even attempted Spiderman at IOA with the glasses on. The last 3D movie I saw was Spy Kids and I was absolutely fine. I'm hoping to try MTR, but it's a good 90 min drive to the nearest cinema showing it in 3D. I guess my point is just because one thing causes problems there's no guarantee that something else will!!!
