    One starts with a natural D cup or larger, an augmented C may also do the job. Then one forces them into a bra a half size to small and finishes with a very low cut top. Point at any enemies in ones path (warning some people are born with a natural immunity to wielded cleavage).

    The premise is that new feminine kevlar vests turn out to be very, very flattering. The female officers are then able to use their new powers in all sorts of ways.

    Probably much more funny than the $11 movie. $11. If it is that bad, that person who paid $11 must be pretty annoyed.
