The concepts might be too "adult" for the Disney label, it might have to be a Touchstone piece. Anway, STOP looking for movies to remake, creat something totally NEW. WALT would have done it that way and I VERY seldom pay to see remakes.

I like the original but I think the material has a lot of suspense potential that's not realized particularly with the villian and the older secret agent brother. The setting is perfect. It sort of reminds me of Hitchcock and the 39 Steps or Foreign Correspondent. I think the story, the setting, even the leads in the original lend themselves to something just as involving.
