If you were helping to raise money for a charity and someone agreed to make a large donation if you would perform at the upcoming fund-raising show, would you? If so, what would you like to perform? Assume the show would have an audience of about 1,000.

See, the more people in the audience, the better I feel. I know it may seem odd, but I'd feel nervous and awkward in front of 20 people but *totally* comfortable in front of 2,000. I guess it's the fact that with a sea of people it's harder to realize they're actually individual people, lol.

Totally agree. I'd much rather do something in front of a large group than a small one.

Even at my shyest, as a kid and teenager, I never had a problem performing. I did tap, ballet, & jazz recitals with no problem, and then all through high school I played in an orchestra in front of hundreds of people. Even played in front of a panel of judges who were *composers* in Montreal! Didn't bother me a bit.

I'm so gonna regret this but it seems to me if you were worried about stepping on my toes you would have emailed me or asked me first.

What's done is done and there are no rights or rules to starting threads so it would have just would have been common courtesy.

However my interest was waning as much as the participation so enjoy.

I didn't realize interest was waning either, I'll just let it go. Maybe people are on a "question break".
