When I moved to California, there were only 2 or 3 in the entire southern California metropolitan area, and people went nuts for it because it was so rare; in the time since then, it's become more common out there, and less exciting to a lot of people. With a large contingent of WDW visitors coming from the South, I don't think they'd see it as anything particularly special or unique Plus, it might be strange to have such a high-profile location that's closed on Sundays (though they seem to do just fine in mall food courts, despite the weekly closure)
