    I imagine it would be a BALTO like film where it's actually serious and the dogs don't talk??? =)

    the dogs definately do not talk but the relationship is so great with him. It is a very serious movie and I did like it other than I wish I had done more research before we went to see it and had prepared my kids for what ultimately happened as it is based on a true story so they knew that it wasn't just a movie. It is one of those that I probably won't see again because even today just thinking about it makes me weepy eyed all day. My kids don't even want to talk about it because it is so sad. I am a huge animal lover so I think that made it worse for me. I hope it does well in the theatres because the scenery is so awesome and they did a terrific job telling Gerry Shepards story.
