    Matterhorn is 80' high, no drops, really, and top speed isn't all that fast.

    Actually the train is going to enter the drop with a bit of speed so it's going to fly down it. Also, the mountain itself is about 50 ft. taller than the Matterhorn and the max speed of Everest is going to be about twice as fast.
