I originally wanted to stay at the deluxe during the last part of our stay but due to the specific dates for the AP discount we need to stay at the deluxe first. My question is which one do you prefer? Beach Club or Yacht Club or the Boardwalk? Is there a major difference between the Yacht Club or Beach Club? We have 2 daughters ages 4 & 7. The idea of the great pool area of the Y & B Club really appeals to me. But I just love the Boardwalk too. With the AP discount, this allows us to be able to stay at these resorts since we can usually never afford them. What do all of you think? Thanks in advance!!!! Jenna

Originally Posted By ChiMike >>I find Beach Club just too hectic (both the lobby and pool) and so always pick the BoardWalk<< I would agree, well for the pool and lobby areas. The midway area can become quite hectic, but outside of that one can feel very removed there. Kind of the best of both worlds. I have good memories of staying there when it first opened, but a few years ago I had a filthy room so I haven't been back. Going back to the op. For me, with kids, the hectic Beach Club is actually a good fit. YC & Boardwalk are certainly more subdued. >>We've stayed at Boardwalk and it was very overpriced and un- WDW ish for us but we only stayed there 2nights<< I agree. You get more bang for you buck at the lodges. However, there is something to be said to be between Epcot & MGM w/ an entertainment area at your door. Hence, being overpriced.

So I figured I should jump on the opportunity, otherwise we could never afford to stay there.
