"Whatya gonna do? Nice college boy, eh? Don't wanna get mixed up in the family business? Now you wanna gun down a police captain because he slapped you in the face a little bit, huh? Whataya think this is, the Army, where you shoot 'em a mile away? You gotta get up close like this... badaBING! you blow their brains all over your nice Ivy League suit. C'mere... you're taking this very personal."

I have to laugh at that, peeaanuut, "no one has ever seen."

1969 ~ we had been married 1 year

    Directed by
Sam Peckinpah ~ if he was part of a movie, my husband had to see it.

Warren Oates ~ one of the best character actors ever
L.Q. Jones ~ you know him
Strother Martin ~ "failure to communicate"
    Ben Johnson ~ always good

While good movies, they werent great films. While this one is a great film and the general publci has no idea about it.
