    TSMM should be the name going forward once this initial marketing push is over since that's the name on the marquee.

    I don't think a name will have any effect upon attendance at the attraction. It's going to be very crowded in Orlando every day. Not sure what kind of crowds it'll have in Anaheim--maybe it'll do a TOT and be a walk on.
    So, we'll see if TSMM does a TOT in DCA. :)

    I think the whole 'midway is a problem' line is basically just that ... a line ... marketing wanted to call this attraction Toy Story Mania on both coasts ... in DCA it made all the sense in the world to call it MIDWAY MANIA.

    So you have an absurd situation where Disney itself needs to put out a press release just to explain an attraction's name ...

    My GF and I were at DHS on Saturday and rode it 3 times in 45 minutes. All I gotta say is if you can get there while the soft opening is going on ride it as much as possible because once they have the Grand Opening you are going to need a fast pass unless you want to wait and hour or so. Also, they already have a special grand opening t-shirt for sale at a cart next to the BAH. Sorry didn't take a picture.
