All sample the food but the girls go for the wine and Eric and I hit the beers. This is the ultimate adult time. We take a break in the piazza San Marco and drink Bellini’s and Peronie beer then we finish with a dinner in a different restaurant each night. The Bistro de Paris is very nice but it is French haute cuisine and every dish has a fatal ingredient that grates against the American pallet. The Chefs de France is more pedestrian and a lot more fun- they have beer. No trip to EPCOT would be complete unless you take a place at the salon bar in the Rose and Crown for a pint or two. Be sure to follow up your first day with either MGM or The Animal Kingdom. Remember that the MK is D-R-Y and that is not good for the morning after headache. Skip the last week of the festival in November as that is New Jersey Teachers convention and we all cannot possibly fit in Atlantic City so 60% of us are in Disney. That may explain all the over taxed, rude people! Enjoy.

I've eaten at the Bistro many times, and there's not a single fatal ingredient that grates against my palette. In fact it's become one of my favorite restaurants in all the World! And just to be picky, it's the Food & Wine Festival, not the other way around.

They were nice enough to allow them to use their logo. Even Derek Riggs, their long time illustrator, and the creator of Eddie, has done artwork for them.
