Yes they are both lagoon shows, but the focus will, as I understand it be very different. WoC will likely be primarily a fountain show with occasional pyro, while this appears to be pyro heavy with less focus on the fountains themselves. I'd have to see both this and WoC when it premieres in person however before passing judgment on which is better.
