My parents got rid of the SUV/trailer combo and I decided to hitch an "inexpensive" vacation (read free) while there was one. At TMMI (They make the Matrix, Corolla and RX330, used to make the Solara) if you hurt your back, you may find yourself unemployed. You do the same thing at Oshawa (Yes GM is laying off, but otherwise your job is at least stable), they'll pay for your physiotherapy and you'll be given a light duty job as you heal. No enough people who work at Toyota (my subdivision is primarily Toyota workers and trades people) to understand their "love" for their employer.
