Plus, if you're a golfer, hit the links. They're gorgeous.

Don't go to WDW this year. I can think of a zillion other places for a family vacation besides WDW. But if you insist on Disney, you could go to Disneyland instead, or take a Disney cruise.

Skip WDW and Orlando altogether and do anyof the other, more superior Disney resorts in CA, Paris or Tokyo.

At around 10:15 to 10:30, they blow off the extra gas from the fire barge in the middle of the lagoon before moving it, and it makes a HUGE fireball explosion. Very cool!

Then there's mini golf that is unlike any others. Also see if Epcot still has a fireworks cruise.
Check out WDW websites like allearsnet.com and so forth.

Yes, you can! Poles & bait for rent. You can also book a bass fishing expedition (also catch & release) in the MK Lagoon (7 seas? I always forget what that body of water is called!) one morning.

"Do they still show outdoor movies in Fort Wilderness?"

Yep! And they still sell s'mores kits. :)

It's just one of those things that really kind of gets to me over time.
