She asked staff what she could do, but no one seemed to know. She rang and asked if it had been handed in , but no luck. Any idea if anything else can be done, it had around 1000 photos on the disc of her 2 week holiday. She said she just wishes the disc hadnt been stolen too.

The Cast Members should have referred her to Lost and Found, but if it was stolen it's long gone and no one is going to turn it in. It's just a cruddy, cruddy situation. I just wanted to say how sorry I am that this happened to your friend. It's such a violation and so disappointing that a fellow human would do this to another.

How sad a commentary this is that folks seem to feel that anything not attended is fair game. I remember as a child I was @ the park with my Gran and found a jump rope. I picked it up when my Gran told me to place it back exactly where I found it as it's owner would look there first. I said "but I don't know who's it is" to which she said "that's true but what you do know is that it isn't yours". I hope your friend is able to recover her camara as I know she is sick about it. I know they say you always have your memories but they are always better when they are cemented on film. Great idea about the photo library hopemax.

I may have to use some of those pictures for my own WDW book!!!!

We called the phone company right then to turn off service immediately. According to the operator the phone hadn't made any outgoing calls, and it got turned off. Without purchasing a charging cord and a sim chip that works the cell is a piece of junk. For that much work you could go sign up for service someplace and get a free phone! So they deprived me of my phone, and I lost all of my numbers, for nothing other than to be mean to a stranger. Some people don't deserve to breath anymore!
