The looped frames contain a couple of eye blinks, with the result that Goofy keeps blinking like he's getting sand in his eyes or something.

I taped "Saludos Amigos" off of Vault Disney a few years ago and I believe they left it the way it originally was. I think the VHS release of "Melody Time" did the same for Pecos Bill.
