Originally Posted By gmaletic The fact that the app appeals to such a tiny market--people at Disneyland, and nowhere else--is in fact what necessitates the higher price! My view: 1) Short of buying a bottle of water--and only a bottle of water--it's the cheapest thing you can do at Disneyland. 2) If the game is fun, $5.99 is a steal. If it's not fun, it's a rip-off at any price. Fortunately, those that have played it seem to really enjoy themselves, so it's going okay so far. I hope you try it out next time you visit!

Originally Posted By gmaletic True, attractions are free. (But you do have to wait in line, which you don't have to do with Wishing Stars!) And coincidentally, Wishing Stars might make waiting in lines a little more fun since some of the quests are designed to be played in-queue. I'm sensitive to the pricing issue, and if there's a way to make the app pay for itself and charge less for it, of course I'll do it. Thanks.
