From notes it seems that it is still available at the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor on the Disneyland Mainstreet. It's unique, it's festive - and (as far as I know) only available in Disneyland. Apparently it's been carried over even though Carnatiion doesn't supply ice cream to Disneyland any longer. BUT I've never found it anywhere at WDW and miss it. Attempts to duplicate it at home have failed miserably. Thoughts of Fantasia ice cream are practically enough to get me on the road to California

That what I was told by a CM and a Security person at Disneyland... I've been going to Disneyland for since 1949 and this was the first time I didn't get to have it... :^(

I love ice cream & always look forward to the Mickey heads in WDW. In fact, I just got back yesterday from WDW & I will not admit to how many I had, but I can tell you my tummy is happy :)

People seem to have very bland tastes for the most part ... vanilla or chocolate or maybe something wild ... like Mint Chocolate Chip.

I always thought Fantasia ice cream was worth a trip just from Florida ... course, I also miss the great Welch's frozen grape juice bars we used to get in the Fla. MK ... and the orange ones too.

One story is that I was in training pants, on my last pair, when my Mom told me, "if I wet them, we'll have to go home"... I stayed dry the rest of the day... LOL... I was a true Disney fan even back then... also, I was in a stroller and my Mom meant Walt Disney... he was changing a light buld so she went over to him and chated for a couple of minutes... my cousin took a picture, but he was so excited to see Walt Disney, that the camera shook and the picture came out kinda blurry, but you can still see that it was Walt Disney... :^)
