Anyone know Tarzan Rocks status?

    I'm glad you liked it, Chelledun. I love the show and think it is fun and entertaining. I think the cast of the show does a fantastic job.

(Not a fan of Tarzan's at DAK) Their versions of the "Lion King Celebration" and "Golden Mickeys" (which has a Tarxan portion in it) are IMO among the best live shows now being presented at any Disney theme park in the western hemisphere, not counting TDR's most excellent productions.

Also, they said that there was going to be a Nemo show going in w/ music being written & scored for the show since there weren't any musical numbers in the movie.

    It sounded like a pretty cool concept but I'm sure the powers that be at WDW will tone it down so they can run it 20 times/day w/ a small cast of character performers.

    At WDW..they *would* do that. Not sure yet if HKDL would be as cheap in regards to their shows... Remember, Disney has to complete against major productions in town as well as those ever-so-popular chinese acrobat shows so predominant in China.

    It says in the Birnbaum's Guide to Walt Disney World 2006 that Tarzan closed in fall 2005, and there was no rumor what show was going in there. I don't know if that's a hint or something, but I think it's pretty clear that Tarzan is out.
