Anyone interested in going those dates and getting an inexpensive room? The backstory: My son's tournament paintball team is going to the World Cup, which is being held at Wide World of Sports during the above time period. We booked 10 rooms in order to get the group rate, which saved us $30/night per room! Well, we ended up having only enough people to fill 8 of those rooms. With the rate difference it is actually cheaper for us to pay for those extra rooms than it is to lose the group rate. These kids have been fundraising their hearts out in order to be at this tournament. Their entry fee alone was $1,100, plus we are coming from Northern California, so they had to raise plane fare as well as hotel and food money. Post-hurricane, it's gotten very difficult for them to fundraise so I'm trying really hard for them to not have to come up with an extra $800 to cover these two extra rooms. So, if anyone would like to go to WDW and have an inexpensive place to stay I can help you! LOL - I'm in charge of the reservation so I'll make sure your rooms are away from the team's Please respond here or contact me via email (in my profile) if you are interested. Thanks all!!
