    I like this movie. It's a good movie. I think it is one of those movies that could be remade though. For one the special effects would aid in fleshing out the fantasy parts of the story, and two, as is pointed out in the post, the script didn't quite capture the novel the first time around.

    I agree Anatole. I like the movie but I love the book. The movie had really good performances, but there's just something missing. I'd love to see them take another crack at this.
