I thought for a while on this and realized that I have simply failed to show them to my younger kids, I guess thinking everyone has seen them. NOT SO! I realized this, because I wouldn't let my 3 year old watch Incredible for the thousand'th time yesterday. I told him to pick something else, and he saw the DVD cover of Jungle Book and asked, "Dad, what is that movie?" I replied, that is the Jungle Book, you know, Mogly and Baloo. He looked confused as he has NEVER EVEN HEARD these names! I am on a new mission, to make sure my kids have seen and are familiar with the Disney Classics. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

My 3yo was watching a VHS version of Bambi at my in-laws recently and the preview section started with "Coming to theaters this holiday season, the Little Mermaid". Yikes.

RARE is the choice of Cinderella, or Snow White, much less Sleeping Beauty which we only got recently. My point is that since I have not pressed the odler kids to let the younger kids watch say..Pinnochio, they haven't even seen it. And we wind up at WDW riding rides that my two youngest have no clue what its about. ie. We happened to catch Merlin's little show in front of the Carousel. My 3 year old laughed, but afterward was like....daddy who was that funny man in that funny hat? I was like, """ OH....My....Gawd """
