If the CDs and DVDs are ONLY available at WDW, having little Timmy bring one home may make Timmy's friend Johnny REALLY want one, and, with the new ticketing system, Johnny's family can afford to go, even if just for 3 days. Then, the cost of opening kiosks is WELL outweighed by the word of mouth.

You can choose photos, music, and movie clips (park related, I assume) and combine them to make your own home movie of your trip to WDW. Sounds like a great idea, but I don't see this as Disney offering up their music and movie library on demand like before. This new idea looks like it fits right along with Disney's PhotoPass.
