Still, isn't it nice to know that if this movie's a stinkeroo, (which, given the news about it so far, is pretty much a lock) Disney will probably get the raked for it? That's all the company needs - yet another Disney movie going down the toilet. Is there any end to Michael Eisner's bumbling?

Also, the recent Muppet Christmas movie for TV was the closest to the spirit of the original shows and movies than anything in the last 12 years, so the fact that their using the same director for this film is a good sign.

    hahahahaha!!!

Hey If Steve Martin, Rick Moranis, Dan Ackroyd, Jim Belushi, and John Candy can do it, WHY NOT the Muppets!

    Kermit as Seymour
    Miss Piggy as Audrey
    Fozzy Bear as the Dentist
The Electric Mayhem Band for all the big number
Dr Bunsen Honeydew as Mr Mushnek

No, I think Gonzo would be a good Dentist.

Btw, Frank Oz directed the film version of "Little Shop".

That would be awesome. But I guess you could say the movie was somewhat of a Muppet movie since Audrey 2 was built by the Jim Henson Company and it was directed by Muppets veteren, Frank Oz.

    LOL! That would tock!

Oo! Oo! And how about Janice, Camilla, and Annie Sue as that "Greek chorus" trio throughout? :-D

(For those unfamiliar, Annie Sue Pig was a minor character...sweet, innocent, young thang whom Miss Piggy couldn't stand, seein' her as a "rival")

DEFINITION OF MIXED EMOTIONS: TDG being surrounded by merchandise of his beloved Janice, whose new look includes wearing a midriff-baring turtleneck.

Oh, what a pity, Janice pricked her finger on the cord of a guitar... ;)
